3. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you revoke this contract, I have to repay all payments that I have received from you immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which I received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
5. If you have requested that the provision of services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay me a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to that point in time at which you informed me of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract services compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract. Since my services are billed at an hourly rate, you are obliged to remunerate me for the services rendered up to this point in time at this hourly rate.
6. However, this right of revocation does not apply if you demand that I should start providing the service within the revocation period; this in the knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal if I then completely fulfill the contract.
