About Us
The WedPlanologist: WiFI qualified (part of the WKÖ: The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber), and multilingual with a lot of experience and an everlasting passion for wedding planning.
We are happy to accompany couples from Austria as well as couples from abroad who choose Vienna and the surrounding area as their wedding destination.
Every wedding couple is individual: religious or free wedding, a small or large wedding celebration, with a small or large budget. Whether full wedding planning, partial wedding planning or just help on the big day itself.
We also advise you on legal aspects of wedding planning. We do not accept commissions from network partners to provide the most suitable service providers and negotiated discounts benefit the clients.
Our Approach
Although it is possible to plan a dream wedding on short notice, it is recommended to start preparing for the wedding 1-2 years in order to have a larger choice of dates and locations.
Simply get in touch using the contact form, email or give us a call, and we’ll have a personal, non-binding, free of charge initial consultation (usually 1-1.5 hours) to get a first impression of your style and to discuss your wishes and ideas.
After an initial discussion, I will prepare an offer with all the details. A liability only exists after the contract has been signed. A small one-time initial payment is also made for full or partial planning. The remaining is to be paid in installments by the wedding day. Smaller orders will be charged in one payment.
Your wedding will be designed according to your ideas. As a wedding planner, I can make suggestions from many experiences. I don´t only keep an eye on the budget, my large network of service providers also enables you to get the best offers at very good value for money without having to deal with the often very complicated offers.
I take care of all administrative, stressful and tedious matters. This includes developing and designing your wedding vision, fully designing your ceremony and reception, budget preparation and management, assisting in selecting your most suitable venue and vendor team, site visits, planning and attending all vendor meetings as yours Planning Point Contact for each member of your team (suppliers, photographers, etc..), negotiate on your behalf, design, assemble and send out your save-the-dates and invitations, guest list and RSVP management and so much more.
We offer expert support for any questions you may have throughout the process, guiding you through the planning, everything to do with coordinating your wedding day as well as looking after the both of you, with 100% honesty, always in your best interest and your wedding party.
On the wedding day itself, we ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that you can fully concentrate on yourself and your guests, and each of your guests can be part of the event.
